Samantha Urbani, 2012's IT Girl got married yesterday, beating her bass player Lesley Hann to the wire by a nose!
The wild woman of rock Urbani, has had a busy week: topless in Austin, headlining at Bowery Ballroom and now marriage!! And who is the lucky guy? Opening band, disco divas Splash's multi instrumentalist (he's on the drums in this pix, Sam is the lady in red) Etienne Pierre Duguay.
According to Samantha's Facebook page, " WE'RE MARRIED AND READY TO MINGLE". On Saturday, Samantha mentioned she was in an open relationship so I guess congrats are in order.
Or maybe not, Lesley seems somewhat on the sceptical side with a terse, and ignored, "Prove It" in response.
Who can tell with Urbani? I would bet she was behind the Samantha and Zack of One Direction are an item: a good way to get yourself killed I might add. And certainly with the first album just out, walking it like you talking it ain't the worst idea in the world.
