Barry Gordy’s “MOTOWN” Planned For Broadway

MOTOWN  by Berry Gordy will showcase music and lyrics from the Motown catalogue, featuring songs made famous by Smokey Robinson and The Miracles, Diana Ross and The Supremes, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, Michael Jackson and The Jackson Five and many more I'm sure.  I would anticipate this to be a pretty damn loud show as audience particiapation could get out of hand with enthusiasm.  Actually, why has this not been done before?  Seems a sure fire smash.

The show will trae the proteges and stars who Barry guided to what became known as 'the sound of young america', and cranked out some massive legendary stars.

Need a job?  The show is in casting and at present are looking for someone ot play a single actor who can take on three roles in the play, the pre-teen Barry Gordy, Little Stevie Wonder and the young Michael Jackson. Yeah, thats should be easy to find.

What the hell, that's on intimidating request.  Im sure tons of details leaks and gossip will be forthcoming, chances are pretty good you'll hear about it right here.  Stay tuned…
