Chris Brown “Forever”, The Today Show

Chris Brown.  What do you think of when you hear that name?  Bitch slappin' Rihanna?  Pitbull collaboration or ..that dumbass Youtube wedding entrance video?

Lets hope, in time you think of a pretty swagtastic entertainer with moves more fluid then jello.  I swear every time I see this guy I'm in awe of his lack of bones.  How can anyone really glide like that?    Its rather insane how fabulous a dancer he is.  7 years on the music scene and well I have not much to say about his music.

The Today show scored some pretty good guests this year for their summer series and this weeks Chris Brown Concert rocked the alley oh wait its a Plaza, whichever.

The crowd at these shows kill me.  Teenagers and tourist parents looking exhausted and swaying awkwardly- meh, this is Americana. I caught only Browns' rendition of "Forever", though I think they do four songs total.

"Forever" was that idiotic viral video of the dancing down the aisle wedding crap that had all the world going 'awwww' and me gagging at the hokeyness of it. C'mon people…quit being trash.

Anyway.. a DJ,  a snyth, drum kit and a guitar with four back up dancers and 2 back up singers…….proves my point that Brown is first a dancer second a singer.  Luckily he is dynamic at both.  I dig him- I don't give a crap who's ass he kicks or who trashes his tune in $100. dollar bridal gowns.  He did a great auto tune version of "Forever" and he danced…'nuff said.
