1. Sunshine -Matisyahu – Less a one hit and more a one world wonder, this is an excellently sculpted piece of reggae from the strange Israeli guy who is only still beloved by those who follow him. Or those who should – Grade: B+

2. Dance Anthem Of The 80's – Regina Spektor – She has been playing this live, and it is emerging as the keeper off the new album. I still don't get the want to be watch em eat/sleep chorus – Grade: A-

3. Myth – Beach House – Makes Best Coast sound like Ted Nugent – Grade: B+

4. Never Will Be Mine – Rye Rye – The remix where Robyn carries the sample is the one to find – Grade: A

5. Gotham – Animal Collective – Definition of a b Side – grade: B

6. Pretzel Logic – Warren Haynes – Powerful mix of jazz and blues on the Steely Dan cover. Could've lived without the drum solo – Grade: B+

7. The Best Coast – One of the 5 best songs of the year – Grade: A

8. I Got The Reason – Conor Oberst And The Mystic Valley band – The first version I heard of this was a live boot and my fave song of 2009. Ravished by the keyboard player, Conor imagines a war widow ravished by suitors who want to sex her on "the table of the elements". That version is an A+. This one? Grade: A

9. A Little Bit Me, A Little Bit You – The Monkees – Davy's finest moment? An inspired rethink of "We Can Work It Out" – Grade: A+

10. Mrs. Robinson – Frank Sinatra – I am absolutely enthralled by this swingin' ring "ding ding ding". Phil Hartman couldn't have thought it up – Grade: B+
