Lisa Marie Presley Not Opposed to The Hologram-Thing

Oh no, this hologram thing is really catching on! Technically, the Tupac one at Coachella was not a hologram as it only was a 2-D image but it was still realistic enough to impress everyone who was there.

The LA Times interviewed Lisa Marie Presley last week, and this is what she had to say about it:

‘I didn’t know about the hologram-thing until I started getting asked about it. But I saw it a few nights ago and I was like, ‘Whoa!’ That technology is pretty advanced.’

She even continued saying she ‘would consider signing off on a similar projection of her father’:

If they can come up with something tasteful, creative and classy, I wouldn’t object. That’s as close as people can get now. I don’t mind simulating as long as it’s not awful or degrading.’

It is unavoidable in the future, just imagine a Presley world tour 35 years after his death! Nevertheless, the LA Times is pointing out that Lisa Marie sold much of her stake (85%) in Elvis Presley Enterprises in 2005 to the company CKX, so the decision would not be entirely hers. But what would stop a company to make more money off Presley’s corpse?
